Service Description

The session includes: - Initial coaching questionnaire - 5 hours of sessions to be used over 3 months - FREE Vibe with your inner child booklet - Practical exercises after each session via a personalized space - Additional resources (if needed) - Email support throughout the 3 months Coaching via ZOOM - Payment in installments possible SAVE 10% ON THE PRICE OF A SESSION (135€ instead of 150€ per session) You wish to: - Make peace with yourself - Identify some of the beliefs that were formed in your childhood and that still impact you today - Make sense of your anxiety and gradually learn to cope with it - Learn to better express your emotions and your limits - Learn to love yourself better - Create a sense of security and anchoring
